We’re officially launching our bonus program, models! If you complete the following list, or go the extra mile in any other way, there’s a good chance you’re getting a bonus!

  1. Take 5 good, quality photos, both staged and in action… AND SEND THEM TO US WITHIN 48 hours!
  2. Post about us or your event on your social media, tag us and use hashtag #TeamBrandGreet!
  3. The client gives us a raving review of your performance.
  4. We know this one is a little more difficult to get done, but if you can… get the client to review us / you on Yelp!  The more reviews with how awesome you are, the more clients will request you by name. (Don’t be pushy, just throw it out there lightly.) You can always feel free to review us as a staffing agency to work with as well! That matters too!

Bonus structure will vary, but it will always be a $25 minimum. If you consistently go above and beyond in any way, this could get you a bigger bonus. Examples would be sending good referrals, always arriving early, always sending extra pictures, covering a shift last minute,  or you get re-requested by clients. We’ll adjust accordingly because we appreciate you so much!

Typically the bonus will be available per event.

***Don’t forget about our referral incentives while you’re on the job! If someone asks who you’re working for and are interested in hiring you, tell them about us! The minimum incentive you will receive is $250 per client who books something with us. We’ll adjust accordingly if you refer a huge client to us, or they request you, etc.
